Sue Bonelle
Sue offers extensive leadership experience from her background as a Head of Learning. Comfortable operating at a senior level she has a wealth of experience that ensures development interventions are aligned to business strategy.
Her leadership of an in-house learning function with a £2million cost budget helped maintain an annual output of 15,000 training days per annum, balancing the needs of team management with those of stakeholder relationships.
The delivery of diverse, business wide programmes fell under Sue's remit. Her responsibilities have covered the newly recruited to the senior exec. Creating in-house learning functions, external partner relationships, educational programme routes, and project management of just about any training and development intervention you care to mention!
Sue's corporate experience has included, Bradford and Bingley plc, Royal Sun Alliance, William H Brown Estate Agents, Comet Retail Services, and her qualifications and associations include British Psychometric testing accreditation (SHL / Eras), D32, D33, D34 Training and Development Assessor and Internal Verifier awards, and Advisory Board Member of Bradford University Executive Education Unit.
When not working, no come to think about it, Sue is always working! And usually at about 90miles an hour. With two very active teenagers she is continually kept on here toes, (or in her car), acting as a taxi driver, coach and agent! Filling her life to bursting point, and her house when entertaining, is just how Sue likes it. And if not inside it she loves nothing more than messing around outside it tending her garden, dogs and horses.
To finally and deservedly escape her favourite retreat is Robin Hoods Bay - walking, winding down, catching up with old friends, and of course enjoying a wine or several!
Beverley Miller
Beverley offers wide ranging experience which runs from soft skills development through to the highly regulated world of financial training. A natural facilitator she has operated at all corporate levels.
Her design and delivery demonstrates a creative flair, and an often unique approach to bringing the mandatory and regulated world to life. Her learner centric approach builds excellent relationships and creates an environment in which development flourishes.
The project management of a wide range of subject and business areas has fallen under Beverley's remit, including customer service to credit control, systems applications and process enhancements to the embedding of culture and values.
Beverley's corporate experience has included, Bradford and Bingley plc, Provident Financial, Halifax plc, and her qualifications include CIPD, NLP practitioner, CeMAP, City and Guilds Adult Teacher Training, British Psychometric testing accreditation (SHL / Eras), TMS team profiling, BTEC level 7 advanced professional diploma in managing organisational learning and development.
When not working Beverley likes to indulge herself with the finer things in life. Good company. Good food. Good champagne. And Middlesbrough Football Club. Yes, her beloved Boro'. A season ticket in the North West Corner at the Riverside has provided the backdrop to dramatic highs and lows, whilst Cardiff for Carling Cup success and Eindhoven for UEFA final disappointment, depict the emotional extremes of her travels.
Speaking of extremes, away from muddy boots Beverley has a passion for shoes. And lots of them! Always on a mission for more, there are dreams of combining this with her love of travel. Shoe shopping in Hong Kong has been inspired by a trip to China. Not sure the Paco Gills and Pura Lopez will help much back on the Great Wall… fond memories.
